These conditions negatively or positively impact profits! We define these conditions as “Early Warning Signals”. These “Ten Early Warning Signals” constitute the basis of both our Turnaround and/or Profit Improvement theories. This evolutionary theory was gradually developed and proofed by us over a substantial period during the 1970's and early 1980's. We don't claim any pride of authorship, as others in the “Turnaround/ Workout” consulting field must have, like us, eventually discovered similar concepts through years of observation. What we have achieved and perfected on a proprietary basis is our copyrighted, quantification concept packaged as our “Business Health Check-Up” program. This program defines, tracks and quantifies the path to Client Profit Improvement!
