OUR BOOKS: “CRISIS MANAGEMENT BEFORE THE MANAGEMENT CRISIS” Vol. I
& II
Our initial Crisis Management Book was written by Gerard E. McKenna, Jr. in 1983. The focus of this book was to define the “Ten Early Warning Signals” that individually and collectively precede business crises and through necessity, impede corporate profitability.
In support of this concept, which was not a unique observation, nor exclusive to us, we included numerous current time 1983 business examples in support of these theories! A download of this 62 page book is available free of charge, to qualified business representatives.

“Crisis Management Before The Management Crisis” Vol. II is an expanded and updated version of our 1983 publication.
This book, which will also be downloaded free of charge upon the specific authorization by our firm, is a substantial expansion vis-à-vis our initial endeavor. This
book is currently a work in progress.
“Crisis Management Before The Management Crisis” Vol. II expands the “Ten Early Warning Signal” example base to current time. It addresses the value of focused and channeled Profit Improvement input from Key Personnel through our copyrighted “Business Health Check-Up” Program. Finally, the theory that crises are an integral, omnipresent and unrelenting component of American Business is presented and supported through example and analysis. |
